About JS-Coaching and Associates 

JS-Coaching was founded by Jayne Sharples in 2008 and now operates with a network of highly skilled and experienced facilitators, coaches and experts to provide organisations with a range of forward-thinking and effective services.

Our people:

Jayne Sharples is the first point of contact for clients and project manages all of our work. She  works with clients to develop effective and sustainable solutions. Jayne has a diploma in coaching from Coaching and Mentoring International (CMI) and is a licensed user of the AQR psychometric assessments for resilience and leadership. She brings to the business over 20 years experience working in sales, project management and training roles in the private and public sectors, including 6 years in Higher Education. She has specific interests in career development and management for the 21st century and in particular the growing need to adopt a portfolio and project approach to our work. She is constantly on the lookout for innovative ways to use technology to help us learn, grow and build our careers and is passionate about enabling collaboration and transfer of learning across sectors.

Irene Bayliss is the coaching and training specialist for JS-Coaching with an eye on the quality of the design and delivery of our programmes. She trains and coaches with clarity and a results-focus. Her delivery style is engaging and accessible and she seeks to provide a safe environment where participants can practise new skills and behaviours, seeing the immediate application to their work. Irene holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester, coaching diploma from Coaching and Mentoring International (CMI) and coaching supervision accreditation from CMI. A licensed user of psychometric assessments for emotional intelligence and leadership and mental toughness, Irene also holds a number of training and financial services qualifications.
