I founded JS-Coaching to share my coaching skills and belief that by adopting a coaching approach to communication, leadership and personal development we can all gain greater clarity, energy and purpose in our work and personal lives. Following 20 years' experience working in sales, business development and management in a number of sectors including the corporate training business, hotel industry and Higher Education sector, I trained to become an accredited professional coach. My career also includes a wealth of international experience including a two year period living and working in Hamburg, Germany followed by further international experience working as a key account manager developing sales in a number of European countries and beyond.
