Work with our clients starts by establishing the key themes and desired outcomes for the coaching or training programme. We adopt an experiential learning approach with the coachee or the learner integrally involved in the design of their session or programme.

Just Start and Just Space are two of the key themes at the heart of our work. Change requires a combination of clarity, space, a commitment to action and new habits to make it happen. We work with you to develop strategies to make the changes you are looking for and to achieve the desired outcomes agreed at the start of the contract.

    What is unique about Key Themes Coaching? The approach using the CEFARmodel links creative thinking and behavioural change at an individual level with clearly defined strategic business objectives and values, referred to as key themes. Individuals benefit from confidential coaching sessions, where they choose the agenda and provide the key themes feedback to go forward to step three. This results in the coaching sessions taking on a dual purpose, improving individual performance combined with insights to inform change at an organisation level. Two further steps, action and review ensure that there is sustainable change and evaluation of results.

    Five key steps in the process:

    • Clarity            A needs analysis to identify key themes and to clarify the outcomes you are seeking.

    • Engagement   Coaching to engage key individuals; brainstorming ideas and increasing awareness.

    • Feedback       Sharing of key themes and learning to inform changes in the way you do business.

    • Action            Realising potential and building a coaching culture in the business.

    • Review           Six month review to evaluate results and support future developments.
